Wellness Workshops are FREE and family-friendly.
Each Wellness Workshop focuses on one of our four pillars: Neuro Based Chiropractic, Gut Healing & Nutrition, Retraining & Movement, and Brain Based Thinking & Parenting.
Wellness Workshops are offered every week on Tuesdays from 6-6:30pm with the exception of holidays and special dates.
Wellness Workshops are open to the public. You do not need to be a patient at Fully Alive to attend.

Dr. Tara Scharich and her husband Dave live in Coloma, MI with their three teenagers, David, Gabby and Josh. Dr. Tara is a 5th generation chiropractor who grew up in Canada. She opened up Fully Alive Family Chiropractic in Saint Joseph 16 years ago with a mission to create a community of healthy families living connected and fully alive!
As a family chiropractor she has extensive post-doctoral training in pediatric and wellness care. Dr. Tara is a brain-based chiropractor and specializes in helping neurotypical and neurodiverse children develop optimally.
She is a visionary, leader, speaker, teacher and student. She loves learning and teaching ways to handle stress better and live life to the fullest!
