Cassandra is a homeschooling and homesteading mother, a homeopathy enthusiast, and a yoga teacher and holistic arts practitioner with 16 years of experience as a movement educator under her belt. She has a passion for facilitating high-vibration, interactive experiences that allow attendees to dive more deeply into these topics. Her underlining intention in how she shares her love with the world is always to encourage people to live a more intuitive and embodied life. In her workshops this is often expressed through the guidance of explorative movement and the nudge to be curious about the power the mind-body connection holds on our health.
